We are glad to invite you to a business breakfast to discuss Shared Services Centers (SSC) / Global Business Services (GBS) maturity assessment concept which will provide you insight on achieving the next steps in your transformation journey.
During the breakfast, we will cover SSC / GBS maturity evaluation concept, approach with various maturity level and improvement possibilities based on existing operating models. Furthermore, newly created SSC / GBS feasibility application is to be presented. Finally, a consultation will be provided if you would like to discuss your current maturity results based on EY survey.

Individual results would not be presented during the business breakfast but all respondents will receive individual GBS maturity assessment reports and will have a possibility to discuss their results personally with SSC / GBS expert. Due to the limited time we are kindly asking you to inform us in advance, if you would like to have an individual discussion by marking that in registration form until the 4th of February, 2019. In case you will register for individual meetings, you will be contacted separately for meeting arrangement details. |
