The Power of Integrity as a Culture at SSCs

We are pleased to invite you to the next HOA Community Meeting focusing on corporate culture and advancing the integrity agenda at Shared ServicesCenters, which is jointly organized by EY and the Hungarian Service and Outsourcing Association (HOA).

 

The event aims to provide a professional platform for knowledge sharing and networking for Executives, HR leaders and professionals working at SSCs. The discussion will focus on the human aspects of shared services with relation to actual trends and efforts in the field of fraud prevention, integrity and corporate culture. We aim to address specific challenges and risks that SSCs are exposed to, share tips to address those risks, and hear real-life examples from our panelists.

 

Our event will provide answers to the following:

 

·       Which specific fraud risks affect Shared Services Centers, especially relating to attrition issues, susceptibility towards social engineering and expectation gaps?

·       How to respond and manage these risks?

·       What are the cornerstones of establishing and strengthening the integrity agenda within the corporate culture of an SSC?

·       What are the relevant compliance aspects that Executives and HRBPs need to consider when managing fraud risks? What has changed with the GDPR?

The presentations will be followed by an expert panel discussion about leading practices and strategies at Hungarian SSCs.
