Dear Members,

 
We would like to inform you that HOA is organising its annual General Assembly Meeting on 9 April 2019 (from 14.00 to 17.00 - Registration starts at 13.30) at -  Loft Events - 1139 Budapest Forgách u. 2.  - (Váci út - Forgách utca corner)
 
Please find attached the Official Invitation Letter in Hungarian and 2 further attachments:
- 1 Registration Sheet and 
- 1 Authorization Sheet
 
Please send back the Registration Sheet filled in, signed and stamped until the date specified in the Invitation Letter!
 
 NEW DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY: 5 April 2019 
 
In case you, who bears the vote on behalf of your company, cannot take part at the HOA General Assembly, please fill in and sign officially the Authorization Sheet with the name and details of the person who is going to take part at the General Assembly and please make sure that the participant from your company is bringing this Authorization Sheet when picking up the voting sheets at the venue.
 
I would also like to remind you, that one of the main program sections will be presentation and vote on the modified HOA Statute and the Election of the new Board Members and Ethical Committee Members of HOA. The reason is that the 2-year term of 4 Board Members and the 3-year term of 2 Ethical Committee Members is ending this year and there is 1 additional vacant seat in the HOA Board according to the HOA Statute (max. number of HOA Board members can be 11 according to the HOA Statute).
 
 NEW DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION TO THE HOA BOARD: 3 April 2019 
 
We would like to remind you that, based on the stipulations of the HOA Statute in vigour, only those members can take part at the HOA General Assembly and Board Member whose membership fee invoice received during 2019 (until 21 March 2019) has been paid until the payment deadline specified.
